The “Liberators Program” is a rouge governmental branch of the United States. Since “The Super Powered” have randomly appeared around the nation. The government has fallen out of favor with the abilities of its armed branch the “Black Snake Tackle” (a high-level group of human soldiers specifically trained to deal with the super-powered) to control this new threat and seek protection from these arriving endowed citizens. A Group of United States Senators has given a small group of government scientists the go-ahead and funding to experiment on specific inmates and enlisted men who are given the opportunity to serve their country by giving them the only thing of worth to our government, their bodies. Unknowingly, theses seven volunteers go on this journey thinking they were just going to be physically enhanced and not being used for their brains and becoming unwittingly super powered “Cyborgs” for a capture and contain unit for “The Super Powered”. The senators have come together with a cage created for their state to make the hero team “The Liberators”. (the idea being; each state having their hero, the heroes will work together on big jobs).
